"If I could give them 0 stars I would. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! I WENT IN FOR A HIGHLIGHTS AND STYLE. ALSO, WITH A HAIR CUT, WASH, AND STYLE ON MY DAUGHTER. THE YOUNG LADY WHO DID MY HAIR MESSED UP AND HAD TWO DIFFERENT COLORS IN MY HAIR. I WENT IN ON A SATURDAY. SO SHE PROMISED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE THE MANAGER SHANNON FIX IT ON MONDAY WHEN THEY OPENED UP. SO I WENT TO CHURCH WITH TWO DIFFERENT COLORS IN MY HAIR. I WENT IN ON MONDAY AND THE MANAGER DIDNT SHOW UP BECAUSE SHE HAD AN EMERGENCY. SO ANOTHER LADY TOLD ME TO COME BACK TUESDAY SO I DID. WHEN, I WALK IN TUESDAY MORNING THE MANAGER ACT LIKE SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND ALSO TOLD ME THAT SHE COULDN'T SEE ME SHE WAS BOOKED UP. SO I ASKED FOR MY HALF OF REFUND THAT THE LADY WHO MESSED UP MY HAIR PROMISED ME. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE REFUNDED.. STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND AND IM HAVING TO GO TO ANOTHER SHOP TO FIX WHAT SMARTSTYLE MESSED UP. COME TO FIND OUT THE WOMAN THAT DID MY HAIR WASN'T EXPERIENCED AT ALL IN COLOR LET ALONE HIGHLIGHTS. THE MANAGER SHANNON IS SOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL TALK TO YOU LIKE YOUR A CHILD..I HAVEN'T EVEN DISCUSSED THE PART ABOUT MY DAUGHTER.."

"Took my daughter to get her hair cut for back to school. I was told that I client was coming in for a style "in just a few minutes" and the style was going to take the rest of the time they were opened. I said ok and left. 35 minutes later as I'm leaving I see the stylist sitting at the desk on his phone! My daughter has a very short bob haircut as it is, it would not have taken more than 15 minutes.the funny thing is as we were walking away my daughter said " he probably just said he was busy so he didnt have to do anyone's hair"... yup she is 6 and she totally gets it... pure laziness"

"Absolutely would not recommend this place ever!! Are preparing for a funeral we are here out of state. The girl butchered my grandsons hair, after I told her 3 times do not clipper my grandsons hair more than half way. Wanted the top and sides longer and blended, even showed her a photo. She grabbed the clippers and scalped him before I could stop her. I am so embarrassed and at a second salon to try and repair for funeral."
