"Just called the pharmacy to see if I could get my son shots that he needed before he started school. The woman I was on the phone with told me that I would need written permission from a doctor to get the shots he needed. I told her that was redundant and she thought that I called her a dumb dumb and hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back to explain to her that I did not call her a dumb dumb she still had an attitude with me and hung up the phone for a second time so when I called back a third time I asked to speak with the supervisor and the supervisor failed to provide me with her name and did not take my complaint. I called customer service and filed a complaint with them. Just FYI I'm a grown woman I do not use the term dumb dumb"
