"We were told to leave because the dining room was closed. We got there at 8:45 and the doors were unlocked. They waited until 9:03 to talk to us. When we walked in, one employee said to the other, didn't you lock the doors. So they'd saw us, but waited to talk to us."

"I walked in - made my order on a touch screen - paid with my phone and waited not even 5 minutes.. staff was cool, she even made sure I didn't need any extra sauces. (that to me deserves 5 stars...as I take my sauce game serious.) The inside was clean ....all in all it was an pleasant experience."

"It's KFC so I got the service I expected. The Famous Bowl was pretty good, no real complaints. My $5 coupon was suppose to come with a cookie as well but they gave me a biscuit. Which I think is fair & they asked if it was OK to do that 1st. Actually turned out to be a good way to clean the Bowl out."

"I order the 12 piece with the free drink for 33.99. I asked about my drink and she appeared to be upset that I asked about it. Not only that I feel like I paid for the food why can't I get what I paid for. They didn't even fill up the container and this is 5 people and one doesn't eat meat."

Update: after tonight’s crap they’served back to one star! Tiny, dry not fully cooked chicken. When the replacement meal is worse than the original, I’m not sure what to say. I just took it and walked out!"
