"Ordered online for a pickup, upon arriving (10 mins past my time) the cashier looked very confused and like they didn't know what was going on. They seemed disoriented that they had to pack my order (which they didn't know where it was at first) that was just sitting on the counter and didn't not check what else to add in. I had a custom ingredient order, food was fine, but I got the wrong ingredients/missing ones and the two sauces I wanted on the side I did not receive. Taste wise everything was fine. Order mess up was that I got mozzarella instead of feta, no spinach, no pickled onion and somehow got tomato which I didn't add. I also did not add x3 chicken but only x2 which I am not sure why it shows up that way on the physical receipt and not my digital one. I have been to this chain before and food was fine, tad salty (but alright) so I thought about trying again. I wouldn't feel confident ordering from here again."
