Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it was clear they had a very efficient and successful business set up. "I placed an order for hats to be made. The time quoted was 2 weeks. I paid everything up front and had the job put into their production schedule. During that 2 weeks, no one contacted me to keep me updated on the order, the only way I could get ahold of them is through email. I needed these hats by a certain date. They promised that they would have them completed for me. On the day of the event someone was supposed to be at their shop but it was closed. I didn't get the order till 3 days later. Then when I did finally get them the product was embroidered HORRIBLY! The stitching was loose, lettering was unfinished, letters weren't straight, there were different color threads going through the logos and so much more. I was told they didn't even look at the final product before sending them out. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. They said they would redo them and have them ready in another 2 weeks. That would have been today... again no one contacted me about the status of the order. Instead I had to reach out to them (through email again) and they responded to me that they are canceling the order. I am a graphic designer and deal with companies in this industry all the time. This company is by far the worst!!! They are extremely unprofessional and not worth all the wasted time spent."
