"Often times we receive a product and are happy with it and write reviews on how great it was, or we receive a product and talk about how poor the service was or how unimpressed we were. I'd like to share an experience I'm currently having with Cincinnati Patio. On 8/30/2023 I received my new patio set. It's an Ashley Outdoor fire pit set and it looks fantastic. I did however notice there were a few small scratches on some of my new pieces. Jack texted me to make sure sure my furniture arrived and told me 2 pillows needed to swapped, I hand mentioned the scratches and asked if there was a paint pen he could use to fix it. Instead of offering a paint pen he is replacing the scratched furniture. Keep in mind these aren't big scratches. I am so immensely impressed by Jack and his team wanting to make things better than my expectations that I need make my experience public. I believe the true test and value of a company is what happens when something doesn't go as planned, what effort does that company go through to correct the issue. There was no fuss, no defensiveness, just a man who sincerely wants to do the right thing for his customers. Thank you Jack and team for the great experience. P.S.
