"Bought a patio furniture set from them a couple years ago. Since then, it has completely broken down and physically hurt me three times. Watson's of Dayton knows the furniture hurt me but their best offer was to haul away the broken couch, give $353, and that's it. They initially refused to haul away the defective furniture until we asked over and over. The full set costs thousands of dollars and it is NOT SAFE. I am unable to use it and the rest of the broken furniture is stuck at my house and I am out THOUSANDS of dollars. Watson's will not replace or repair the furniture. They will also not stand by the product and give a full refund for the faulty and potentially harmful furniture. My back hurts from the most recent furniture collapse and I will make sure everyone I know that your furniture can cause injury after a couple of years of normal use. Defective and potentially harmful furniture should not be sold. When brought to the attention of the company, a full refund, replacement, or repair should be in order. I hope no one else is hurt due to Watson's negligence."

"My experience was unexpectedly disappointing and regrettable. I purchased a whirlpool spa as a gift for my husband's birthday. It took weeks longer to receive versus what I was notified originally. Within a month of being installed by the company, one of the valves sprung a leak and chemically treated water seeped out onto our concrete patio for weeks before we could get anyone to come to the house for a consultation (during which we couldn't use it, of course). When the maintenance person did arrive, he indicated that it could not be 'fixed' confidently without failing again so it would be requested that the manufacturer provide us with another one. After several weeks of waiting again without word about when the exchange would occur, I finally got information (during one of my own follow up calls) that they had planned to get back to me to tell me that the manufacturer would not send a replacement unless Watson's tried to repair it first. Then, if (when) it leaked again, they would consider a replacement. This was a 30 day old spa!!! By this time, we lost all confidence in Watson's altogether and requested it be picked up and refunded. That took another 2 weeks for anyone to pick it up and, even then, pieces of the neck cushions were left on the patio. Watson's clearly did not value our 10,000 sale enough to ensure we were provided with a new replacement for an investment that was only 30 days old before needing repairs. It was a very embarrassing process given that it had been a gift for my husband's birthday and all he really got was months of the 'run around' and a defective machine that was intended to provide him with therapeutic relief. If you are looking for courteous and helpful customer service for your hard earned investment, Watson's demonstrated itself to be the wrong option."

"We had a great experience with Watson’s of Dayton while purchasing a billiards table. The sales rep catered to our questions and concerns while not being a bit over pressing on anything including the sale itself. We made 3 visits to Watson’s to finalize our decision and each time we felt at home there. We also visited a couple other local places as well and spent time browsing online before making a final decision. They offered free delivery and set up included which I don’t think can be beat and were able to set it up for less than a weeks time out. I don’t expect any complications but if I need to, for any reason, I will return for an update!"
