"I’ve scheduled multiple service appointments with Leslie’s and taken vacation days off from work twice to be home for their available appointments. Both times were no shows with multiple excuses, apologies and other appointment issues as well. Had them close my pool once. They did 25% of the job and they were horrible before I asked them to just leave. If I could give a negative star, I would. Leslie’s You are FIRED!! Moving on and never coming back. I will enjoy reading your “excuse response” as I’m sure it will keep others thinking it wasn’t your fault or that you’ve fixed the scheduling and maintenance issues."
"Called about sand for our filter. The gentleman who answered the phone checked to make sure that you had what I needed. When I got there, he answered a few questions about things my husband had been talking to me about. I purchased my sand, and the employee loaded both bags into my car. We will be back for other things as we need them. Thanks again."
"Waited 40 minutes to buy some pool shock. I do not understand why you do not have a self checkout option given the nature of what is required of your employees. Their job requires long periods of time with customers to figure out equipment, chemicals needed based on water samples, etc. Having only two employees with only one working cash register and computers not working correctly does not help during one of the busiest weeks of the year. Feel that is something management should have been prepared for given the season. I felt sorry for the employees because they were doing their best in a stressful situation and handled it well. May also help to have people take a number to be waited on or check in kiosk or something like that during busy periods as customers were getting angry when others cut in front of them. Very inefficient customer service process."
"Willy has been the only employee in the building for the last 2 days that I've been there. He has had LONG lines and so much work to do. I find this extremely unfair for him. Willy was working his butt off for every single customer coming in the store and even answering phones while he was doing so. When I came in the previous day, the water tester crashed so he was unable to complete my water test along with a few others that were in there.. no big deal. This man stayed after his shift to complete ALL of these tests for us and had it ready for me the following day. I believe that he needs help in there as it isn't fair for him to have to work all day with no help with a busy store. I feel so bad for him, but he is absolutely amazing and spends the appropriate amount of time with each customer and really makes sure that they are taken care of. Props to him - he is a HARD worker and deserves more."
