"[Update 8/27/22] This company still refuse talking to us and refiled the charge-back again. My goodness. They just want to wear us down. Now I am sure that they are doing this intentionally. We submitted all the documents again. [Update 8/19/2022] The bank approved submitted evidence that the owner bought products from home, shipped to his business, and falsely claim his card was stolen. We get their claim declined and money back. So, if you buy from this company, you are buying stolen goods from spammers. I also contacted them directly, see if it was inadvertent claim. They refuse to answer us, so it seems they were doing it intentionally. ----------- This company ordered $75.93 of printing supplies from us (BCH Technologies). After receiving the goods, they filed a charge back on their credit card, claiming the card was unauthorized. The order was made by Mushtaq Imani (home address), and shipping to John Rosewood at RS Apparels LLC. After digging deeper, I found Mushtaq Imani owns apparel business. It's not cool to scam other small businesses."
