"Honestly it’s gotten worse as the months have gone by. The new manager is very rude, and I understand that it gets hectic but he doesn’t need to be acting so mean over a simple question someone doesn’t understand. I was observing around and honestly even the people who were being nice he was being mean towards them. The other workers were really nice and understanding. Props to them for having patience with others."

"We went on summer day in August and it was sweltering hot in the building, there is no air and the doors were open to attempt to allow air inside. Hot environment makes for some cranky people but my college girl and I did manage to find a few treasures and walked out with 5 items for $4.50 - great deal!! We only stayed about 20 minutes bc of the heat and the intense shopping environment. The bin shopping is definitely not for the faint of heart. You definitely have to dig to find things and there were a lot of resellers there who aren’t playing around, don’t get in their way. We were just there to check it out and see what we could find. I will go back in the future with a new frame of mind now that I know what to expect. It was a crazy but great experience overall"

"This location has the rudest workers I have ever experienced. This cashier was the worst and I will never be back. I will continue calling to speak to corporate. Update: I received no call back. Ill go back and take video. The public needs to see how GROSS these workers treat customers. I donate and shop at Goodwill and am DISGUSTED by the behavior at this store. The public needs to see the ZOO this place is with the filthy animals you have running it. See you soon."

"I thought this outlet was pretty good. It was not overpopulated, and small in comparison to the one in Indiana. It was definitely worth my time I found more than a few cute finds (some were left). The people and staff were nice. I think the cart scale was broken because we had to use the small scale (in batches) for all my stuff. Most stuff was like $1.79 per pound."
