"This store has gone down hill quickly. I used to love going here and could always find great deals. Today I was disappointed and honestly disgusted by the quality of their items. Many were dirty, torn or cut up, market all over the clothing. $55 fill your cart and I could not find 1 single viable item worth spending even a dollar on. Sad :/"
"Before visiting this location I was quite excited about the potential deals I may stumble across in the store. It was a place a lot of people native to the area hype up. However, upon visiting I have to say I was quite disappointed. A lot of the advertising for Krazy Bins is focused on the pricing structure of the Parma location which is what I was mainly looking forward to. Moving to the Cleveland area from Wooster I was hoping to see something similar to what a business called Dollar1 in Wooster offered. While I understand that the different locations price things differently, I just cannot see why. I wouldn't have been disappointed at the way this location as well as the other non-parma store prices things if it wasn't for the fact that the store just felt like the discount isle at a big box store. Why go out of your way to come here when I can get the same experience at Walmart or target? If the big box stores couldn't get rid of the products you guys sell in the first place I would start the pricing at something that at least competes with the clearance price of the big store. Going through other reviews states that other customers feel the same way. What almost angers me though is the snarky responses of the owner of this business to bad reviews. I know as a small business it is extra important to take criticism appropriately to maintain your customer base. Until this business takes a step back and overhauls how it is ran I will not be returning or recommending this business to other potential customers."
"I feel utterly betrayed. Krazy Bins, a store that previously I quite enjoyed, has recently fallen under the curse of extreme mismanagement. The entire premise of Krazy Bins, of course, is the bins. Prior to recent policy, there was a set schedule in which the plethora of whimsical miscellaneous objects would be priced based on the day of the week. For example, the prices varied from roughly $15 items all the way down to $1 items based on the day. Additionally, the bins were always in chaotic disarray, and one of the many pleasures of shopping at the store was sifting through the piles of goods to try and find treasures at a good bargain. This premise seemed to be very popular, and it was possible to find things at very good prices. I personally enjoyed the trips to Krazy Bins with my friends, as it was always exciting sifting through the bins, trying to find fun things. Unfortunately, much to my disappointment, a recent policy change at this store has left a very poor taste in my mouth. No longer is the premise the store was founded on true. Meaning, the bins are no longer krazy. I do not know when this came about, but now every single object except for bulk clothes in the bins is pre-priced, and to such a degree that I would rather take my chances with other discount item stores. The entire idea that made Krazy Bins special and charming is gone. There is no whimsy, there is no soul, there is barely any bargain, and there is no reason to support this business that is clearly out of touch with its customer base. If I were the owner, I would take some time to reflect on why people seem upset with the sudden change in operation of your store, and I would seriously reconsider your choice in policy, because this is an extremely out of touch business decision, and It is such a shame seeing what was once a lovely store fall apart. If things change and the store goes back to how it once was, I will remove this review, but until then, steer clear."
"I have been coming to this Krazy Bins for several years while driving the 2 hours from PA to visit as a fun time with friends who are locals. It used to be a good time with friends to see what we could find and just to have fun. It is now just a rip-off of a markdown/clearance store. No more good deals to be found as most things can be found for the same price or cheaper elsewhere. I've never been more disappointed and dissatisfied than when leaving this location earlier today. It's a horrible shame that terrible management has ruined this fun concept. My advice: Spend your time and money elsewhere."
"This is what you will find at the Mentor location rodent droppings. Ive been doing Pest Control for 4 years and if the health department knew about this they would no longer have their business license. Owner is also stuck up and cannot take constructive criticism instead he makes smart remarks or will just block you. Childish company, Beware you might have rodent feces in your purchases"
