"Had lunch with my husband. Ordered 2 6" subs and 2 drinks. Asked for both subs to be toasted. Sat down to eat and they were cold. Took almost 15 minutes to get someone to come to the front to fix them. And my husband's soft drink was flat."

"I understand prices of everything are going up, but the difference in prices at this location versus other locations is ridiculous. Normally I would go to the Hicksville location and get my sub for $10.60 or so. I understand ~$1 difference from location to location, but I was taken aback a little when I went to pay and it was $17! The food was fine and not in any way better than another location, service was a little slow but acceptable, but I can’t get past this location’s pricing decisions. Find a different location unless you don’t mind a 50-70% price increase."

"I wish there was a 0 stars as that is what you deserve!!~~ Went in today to get lunch as Wendy's is only drive-thru during construction, an as she was making my Chicken bacon ranch footlong, I asked for the stuff to plz be put on the bottom as that is how I like it an prefer it!~ She proceeded to tell me "I can't do that as it's against rules!" So I just say "Nevermind then" An walk out!~ If Jersey Mike's, an other subways will, this is showing u do not deserve my business ever!!!~~~ I guess ya employees are willing to pass up a sale an loose inventory to go against a stupid rule, that technically DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!~~~~~~ I worked for a Subway, an know that you are allowed to if asked to!!!~~~"

"My sub was good & done correctly. A few more onions & green peppers could have been added, really had to look for them. My husband’s sub was the worst he has ever had. He asked for NO spinach & cucumbers, it was loaded with spinach. Asked to add jalapeños & pepper rings, there were none. Asked for sweet onion sauce to find out it had been changed so asked for chipotle sauce, salt & pepper. No sauce at all & over salted. He couldn’t even eat the whole sub."

"In the Agaves building...drive thru is open again Ordered 2 footlong meals online this time last week. Food was ready just as I was walking in the door, perfect timing! Everything from order was there and accounted for. Will visit again"
