"No pressure environment! The General Manager Elizabeth was very pleasant to work with. She introduced my husband and I to Jennifer who was also very kind and helpful to work with. Both ladies were knowledgeable and gave us the best deal on a couch! I did not order the couch the same day I shopped for it as I needed to measure my space to make sure it would fit. I came in on Jennifer and Elizabeth’s day off and worked with Austin who was also a delight! He ensured Jennifer got our sale and that everything in our order was correct. Not to mention he was very polite! Our couch was in stock and will be delivered by the end of the week! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and would work with all three folks again!"

"We purchased a couch at the beginning of November from Ashley. The process was super easy and we were promised we would have our new couch the week after Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving we were told they still do not have our couch, and we’d have to wait an additional 2 weeks (December 15). I called today and now they are telling me it will be another 2 weeks and they still cannot guarantee that. It will have been 8 weeks IF they have the couch by then. I asked if I can look for something in stock, and I was told if I cancelled I would be charged 15% restocking fee for a couch that they cannot even tell me when they will have it IN STOCK. The absolute biggest joke. I’m 9 months pregnant and have no couch to bring my baby home to. I will never shop at Ashley furniture again."

"Update….. we were told by Robin when we bought this chair and couch that they both were in warehouse in Fairborn and could be pick up the next day 10/22. When we called to set up pick up at the Fairborn location they didn’t have them and had to wait for them to come in in about a week or 2. The couch came in but as of 11/7 the chair is not in and won’t be in until “probably December,maybe” the reason we bought this set was we were told it’s in stock and ready to pick up. Then a week after we bought them they went on sale for $200 less. We can’t return them now as we are past the 7day window. Please don’t tell your buying customers you have something and can be picked up when you don’t have it. Went today looking for a living room set Robin Dunn helped us and sold us exactly what we’ve been looking for. Great customer service as we have been to many places and she was what we needed to help us find the perfect set."

"5/22 Our furniture arrived this weekend and is just what we wanted and it looks great in our space. We will be back next time we replace furniture- the whole team took such great care of us Austin was amazing And took great care of us. We were able to mix and match what we wanted and they were able to get us set up to get our furniture quickly. Great experience will shop here again. Drew was great too."
