"I came in with my 9 year old daughter three days ago in the morning. She wanted to spin the wheel soon as we walked in. There was a male employee right there, It landed on 5$ off ok cool. Well we get up to the cashier I told the woman We got 5$ off spinning the wheel, she laughed and said " No that's just for fun"? Wait what? Why is the wheel even there?? It really wasn't about the 5$ to me but my daughter was crushed because she thought she won something.. Any who, If the wheel is just or fun that should be crystal clear to customers and if its not then why did the cashier treat me and my daughter that way??"

"This location is great. They are genuinely friendly and helpful. Though I haven't ever needed much help because it's well organized. The people at the register are nice, but fast at their jobs. I have been in several times and they always seemed genuinely happy to see people come in. When they didn't have my size, they told me exactly where I could get them. If corporate office is listening, the people in this store deserve huge raises. High end department stores aren't on this level. Help if you need it, but not if you don't want it. Go here. Also, I'm not AI or an ad or anything. Just this store has good, competent people."

"If you're going to go to shoe carnival this is really the one to go to. I drove a little bit further to go because they showed quite a few size 11 in store. After going and experiencing the atmosphere and orderly yet stacked to the ceiling inventory and clean. Unlike other locations that has clutter, sorry employees who do anything but they're jobs. If you see something way up high and need assistance I know someone here will gladly assist you where I attempted three different employees at another location who shifted they're sights and dodged another direction like nothing I ever seen. That being said I don't know about other locations I haven't visited so read reviews."
