"What an experience you will have here. The shoots are epically fun for kids and adults alike. Don't let the height in the pictures deter you from riding. It's not as scary as it may seem. The staff is very instructive, and safety is at the highest priority. Never once did any of the kids feel unsafe."

"High wait times will really negatively affect your experience. I went with my daughter at a 2:00 timed ticket which was $15 per ticket and upon arrival at 2:00 pm there was already a 45 minute wait time, and it did get worse when we went down a second time. Ultimately $30 is too expendive for only two rides down the chute; and standing around 45+ minutes listening to Magic 105.7 is not my idea of time we’ll spent with my daughter. For a $15/head ticket price the Metroparks should really manage volume so that your wait not exceed 30 minutes, but they overbook and it results in awful wait times. On a brighter note, the mostly college aged staff were attentive and did their jobs well; I was pleased with their assistance, one of them stopped my daughter from walking into the path of a Toboggan at the end of the run; and for that I am grateful. And the Toboggan Chutes are really quite fun. I strongly urge any parent reading this to take the extra effort and get their kids up and out for the 12:00 time slot right when they open, wait times should be less and you will be able to go down 2 to 4 times in one hour and the go home and enjoy the rest of your day. If you go at a later time slot then the wait times will absolutely rob you of a good time."

"Fun group experience on a tobbogin shuttle built on a hill. Very busy during holidays. During holidays, including stair climb. you will wait 25 to 45 minutes between rides. If you go on a warmer day you will go faster than on a colder day."

"Absolutely fun and thrilling tobogganing experience! Lines can be long sometimes but I went at non-peak times so it was shorter. When you go down, it’s like a roller coaster."
