Outback Steakhouse

"Got seated after waiting 15 minutes then waited more for our waitress about 10 minutes to order our Coke Zero and sprite and our appetizer, then it took 10 minutes to bring us our beverage she left without giving us straws and utensils, had to ask for those so after brought us utensils she took our meal order, a few minutes later our appetizer came. Our meal seemed to take forever! We seen people that came in after us that left before us! We were there a total of 2 hours!! Our waitress was slow to get to us for anything!! Food was good, atmosphere was good, we watched the tv by the bar to entertain ourselves waiting for our service like I stated food was good atmosphere was good but our waitress could use some lessons!!"

"My friend was feeling a little bit blue so we decided to go out for some good eats. We decided to try the Strongsville Outback location since the last couple locations I frequented were less than impressive. Our waitress was prompt and attentive her name was Crystal. She greeted us quickly, got our drink order started and returned with bread right away. We started out with the blooming onion. It was sooo small and wasn't fully breaded, we asked to send it back and get a new one. The 2nd one came out fully breaded and a reasonable size. I've included 2 photos of the first blooming onion. Versus its replacement. We both ordered the filets med rare. Both steaks were delivered almost completely raw and were very thick and full of gristle. So for the 2nd time they had to take our food back to replace it, so then we waited even more time. The waitress was very apologetic over the wait both times. The manager finally brought the steaks back out mine was now over cooked but I didn't feel like waiting for another steak to be cooked so I didn't even say anything. After bringing over to go containers the waitress looked at us and said, I feel really bad about your experience today. Can I grab you a dessert on the house. This was a nice gesture. But it didn't come from the manager. So I feel like the manager felt that replacing the food items was enough for the inconvenience and it was on behalf of the waitress giving the free dessert but after getting the check I see the manager didn't comp anything on the ticket for having to remake the appetizer and remake both of our steaks. I just feel like just remaking the food wasn't sufficient enough for us being inconvenienced twice. I am not gonna give up on Outback, but I may need to "take a break""

"Terrible experience. They sat us at a dirty booth. Table had crumbs everywhere and the booth seat looked like someone literally broke bread over it. Mass crumbs everywhere. Just filthy. The restroom had no soap and few paper towels. There were a couple fruit flies around our table. We sat somewhat near the bar, so that means they have a dirty bar - dirty drains typically. The employees spent more time chatting amongst themselves versus paying attention to the customer. Disgraceful and terrible experience. People spend their hard earned money to have a decent experience, not a train wreck of one. Outback, you have much work to do with this location."

"Everything was hot and fresh. Our server was Sabrina and she gave the absolute best service! We sat down around 6:10 and got our appetizers, drinks and food within 40 minutes. The steak was ordered medium rare and came out perfectly. So fast and delicious. Great service!"
