Sky Zone Trampoline Park

"I'm just rating my actual experience for this particular day. It was super cold because their furnace was broken. I wish someone could of told us as we were checking in like "hey it may be freezing while you wait and watch your kid" I mean at least ahead of time so I could have at least grabbed an extra hoodie from outside the car before my kids shoes were off and he was already jumping in the middle of the trampoline park. I didn't want to leave him unsupervised to run out to my vehicle or make him change socks put on shoes and cut into the hour we paid for just to run out to my car. Other than that it wasn't bad. Their games are overly priced and there are not many options. Not a lot of seating either where you can actually watch them jump. You have to mostly stand or go sit in the cafeteria part or away from where you can see your child. There may be a chair or a very small bench here and there but I feel it could of been set up better."

"Needs alittle bit of updating (always clean so that’s a plus) my girls love coming here. It’s a good place to take your kids too whenever the weather not so great outside. All the workers I came across were always friendly and helpful."

"We had our daughter’s 9th birthday party here yesterday. Our host Kaylee was super attentive and organized and good with the kids. When we later discovered an error on our bill, she was quick to remedy the situation. Would definitely have another party there again."

"This is one of the best Sky Zones in the Cleveland area. The have a large "general" area, along with hoops, an obstacle course, a zip line, a swing and video games. They also offer light food options such as pizza, nachos, and candy bars along with ICEEs and Gatorade. The lockers are unlimited in/out for a $4/ 4 hours."
