"Had my son’s birthday party there and it was absolutely horrible. The people at the front desk looked like they had no idea what they were doing. The lines were out the door hardly moving. We were told to show up 15 minutes early so we did and we didn’t even get to our reserved table until about 5 minutes after the party started. The kids were getting trampled over no employees by the trampolines to enforce anything. It was over crowded which didn’t help. The birthday hostess was very difficult to find, my wife had to go find other employees for help constantly. We got the biggest package you could get and it was a waste of money. I have spent the last 20 minutes or so apologizing to people that came to celebrate with us. I highly don’t recommend it was a huge mistake having it here. We won’t be returning not even just to visit."

"Great atmosphere with huge party rooms! Arcade - very small but has the popular games kids love. Go Karts - fast karts & fast lines! Zip Line - only 2 zip lines but kids enjoyed it! Trampolines - open jump area for kids, jump area for dodge ball, also another that allows for a jump onto a air pillow! Food is subpar but the kids enjoyed the overall experience."

"Went on a Saturday morning. We're from Sandusky. Had 4 kids aged 9,9 11 & 13. We did the waivers online before coming. No one even checked that we had filled them out. Got there at opening which was good. By like 11 it was getting quite busy. Kids had a lot of fun. The space is huge & plenty of room for everyone. The birthday rooms look nice. Bathrooms were clean. Love that there are charging stations. Only complaint I have is the teens watching the attractions don't really care. There are clear exit signs but parents & kids don't pay attention/care. So in the obstacle course you have kids going every direction & bumping into each other. Then you have the kids that sit in the ball pit & throw balls at people. Overall good place to bring kids. Would come back again."
