"The staff is the only plus about this place, minus some of them walking around frantic. The pool area is very over crowed, the jacuzzi has a sign posted that clearly says 18 and over but the kids are in there with adults and without. Children and teenagers running all over the building for hours, guest fighting at the pool which caused the staff to shut down the pool almost two hours before it was to close, bathroom has mold all in the shower, shower curtains smell mildew, not enough towles for the room, shower draining very slow as well as the bathroom sink, bedroom smell like dirty carpet, walls so thin you can hear people having sex, kids screaming, arguments and all. Guest in the lounge/Bar area with only swimsuits on. Guest overly packed in the rooms. Seen 10 guest staying in one room, went to the lounge/bar only to change my mind because of the guest arguing at the check-in area. Nothing was being done about the kids running around the building. All I can say is if your looking for a nice place to take you family or spouse this is NOT the place. Not to mention how unsafe it is here, people looking in your windows checking your door handles. This is not a safe place."
"We recently spent three nights at this Hilton property. We've stayed at Hiltons before, so we trusted the name. The location was great for us, but in retrospect we should have stayed at one of the other hotels very close to this one. The lobby was nice, although the leaves on the floor were still there 3 days later. The restaurant was okay, buffet style breakfast, but overpriced. Many hotels offer a complimentary breakfast buffet. Trash and cigarette receptacles outside were knocked over and stayed that way. Our room was extremely dark, even with the TV and every light on. The TV initially didn't work, but maintenance did fix it fairly quickly. The window sheers were literally in shreds, wallpaper bubbling and peeling off, holes in every lampshade, women's hairpins under the bed (no vacuuming here!), the bathroom was disgusting - floor unswept, toilet filthy, piece of wood laying loose on shelf with nails poking out (great for small children!), no extra toilet paper. Aside from all that, the worst part of this stay is that our room was not refreshed the entire time (3 nights) we were there. No fresh towels, no clean sheets, no replenishment of coffee or cups, no more toilet paper, no emptying of trash cans, no cleaning whatsoever. I first mentioned this at the front desk and they said they'd get in touch with housekeeping and give them our room number. Next time I went to the front desk (phone would not connect to front desk), I was told it wasn't her responsibility, but she also took our room number. I eventually found a maid, but she had zero sheets, towels, toilet paper or coffee or cups. She did offer a bath mat and some hand towels. I took the bath mat since we didn't get one. She said she couldn't help us, that the hotel's washer was broken. For that much time? Only one washer for that size property? I can't remember all the rest right now, but there were other issues as well. We've stayed at a considerable number of hotels, resorts, a few motels, even cruise ships, and this is the first time I've ever been so frustrated and disappointed. Never saw any chocolate chip cookies that others spoke of."
"Interesting setup - it's a basically a large "U" shaped hotel with all of the interior-facing rooms looking out into the pool area, which turns out to be a giant room. Stayed here for a hockey tournament with my sons 14U team and it's great spot for that kind of travel as there is a ton of space for the kids to roam. I'd feel bad for any guest in one of those interior rooms that wasn't traveling with kids, as the noise was probably a bit much. The rooms were ok, nothing broken but nothing fully functional in my room. It's located a few hundred feet off the highway exit, so location is good."
"The room smelled like sulfur, there was arguing coming from other rooms at all hours of the night, mattress was super flimsy and over worn, the blankets had stains, the tvs had no way to even see guides, shower had black mold, carpets disgusting and full of stains, pool closed for maintenance and no one was seen working on them, it’s extremely dark in the rooms and hallways, smoke detectors went off in our room at 3 am for no reason scaring us then we were accused of smoking by the security guard (we were not), broken elevators, the room was not as clean as it should be (dust everywhere grimy counters.. etc) there’s literally 0 ventilation in the pool view rooms … i can go on forever. the only thing i can say was positive was the front desk was very nice for the most part"
"Very clean, rooms are decent sized. One of the better hotel showers I've experienced. Easy on and off the 90. No free breakfast when we stayed, but paid room service wasn't all that bad. I would definitely stay here again."
