"Snow beautiful. Downhill race was not fair. Any kids that got the far gate never had a chance to place unless someone fell in front of them. Too flat a top n then cut corner. Scrappy design at top. Once around the corner hill was great. Food I'll never eat there again 52 dollars for 3 chicken fingers n fries 2 cookies n 1 Pepsi. Didn't tale cash... but otherwise nice place. Can see the race front inside lodge"

"Mt. Brighton is small but has everything for beginners. We were pleasantly surprised by how well and efficient it operates. My son has private lessons with Scott Taylor who is really a passionate, patient and experienced coach. After two lessons with Scott, my 9-year old son is able to ski confidently on all the trails! We are lucky to have Scott as my son’s first ski coach and we will continue working with Scott on our next visit!"

"good skiing and good fries in the lodge. the only thing though is difficult to go down the stairs to enter the mountain with ski gear. About 45 minutes away from downtown Detroit and about an 1hr from the Detroit metro airport"

"Our daughters got their first ski lesson while visiting family in the area. We chose Mt. Brighton since was open and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, their customer service was just amazing. Since in TX we have no snow, our daughters wanted to get introduced to winter sports so they had their first ski lesson with Jeff who was very knowledgeable and patient and made their first skiing experience a memorable one. The staff in the restaurant was extremely friendly and the food was good. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back again!"
