"Facility itself is great- it's one of my daughters favorite places to go. We used them for a birthday and it was the worst ever. Very disorganized and not nearly enough time to get things in (we did the unlimited party). They told us 15 minutes after arrival to be back at the table for food. 20 minutes later they finally came. The kids ate and that left us just over an hour to get activities in. After asking repeatedly; we luckily got the kids in for laser tag but they only got one chance. For the cost they should have had much more opportunity for play. Only half the group got to do bumper cars before we had to get skates before the "party ended". The party planner was very overwhelmed with 15 parties all happening at once and we were crammed in like sardines. Definitely not a place to have a repeat party."
"I havnt been on a roller rink in a long time. We went here to check it out and had a blast. We came back a few weeks later and had my daughter's birthday here. Easy going atmosphere and never too crowded."
"I will say we had a great time here for a birthday party. It’s fun with the black lights and neon colors, great looking arcade games and cute prizes. It’s open, big looks well maintained and very clean. Oh and the pizza was quite good! While the venue was fun, clean and nice I was surprised to see the lack of party help for our booked party. We paid $450 for 10 kids and 2 hours. Walking in for check in I was literally pointed to my table. I was surprised to see no help in setting my table up, I had said I would bring in my own stuff, but offered no help before my guests arrived. I was surprised they didn’t help with putting wrist bands on my guests or real guidance of the party. I had to ask for laser tag to be started so we could utilize our time best, Our “party helper” literally sat at a desk with his feet propped up on the counter through the entire party. He wasn’t very friendly and really not helpful, only in collecting our final payment at the end of the party. There was only 1 other party going on while ours was. We set up, did our own thing, ordered extra separate pizza and pop through the food counter and cleaned up entirely by ourselves. We didn’t leave a thing on the table for him to clean off. I’m not sure what or how I was suppose to fill out the party score sheet party at the end of the party or let alone tip him. I’ve had many parties and ran a similar venue party room like this and have always had far more help that what received here. During our 2 hour party there was time for 2 laser tag games, about 20 mins on skates, 2 round of bumper cars and time for pizza, cake and a few gifts. While we did enjoy ourselves I feel you’ve lost the mark on your party experience. If you have a party host it’s to help the parents and take all the work away from them. I’m paying for the experience and not getting it."
"Paid for unlimited access until 9pm (closing) only to find out that the skating rink actually closes at 6pm .. Also the building itself is very compact so their attractions are small and space is limited, compared to other game zones.."
"Has potentional, but was definitely not worth the money for what they had tonight. We drove down from Lansing to meet friends here, who had called ahead and asked about what time skating was. They were told it started at 1pm, but were not given an end time so we assumed it went until close. We arrive at 4pm just as they were shutting it down for private lessons. We decided to do the ninja warriors course instead. It was good for the younger kids we were with but my 11yo got bored quick. Then we hopped over to the arcade. It was $25 for 120 points and games were around 6pts each, some higher and some lower. The problem with the arcade is half of the machines were out of order and of the few that were on, they weren't keeping score therefore you didnt earn any tickets. Then when we went to cash out our tickets the guy "lost" our cards he'd just scanned and he "couldn't remember how many points we'd had." We had close to 900 but he said since he couldn't remember the exact number that he could only give us 800. After that we left to quickly get subway and were planning to come back and meet our friends there again for more ninja course time and slushys for dessert, but our friends called us to say the staff announced they were closing early due to lack of workers. We spent around $75 here total for what ended up being 1.5hours and 4 tiny little squish toys. Definitely a disappointing evening."
