"When we walked in all computers were down. Girl was nice so we waited but when we got our food most of it you could tell had been sitting for awhile and old. Mac and cheese was crusty and chicken strips rubbery. 2/10 would not recommend also bathrooms definately needed cleaned"

"Sooo disappointed every time I come to this location it's always old chicken so today I asked them to drop my little spicy wings fresh had to wait 10 minutes no problem but the problem I do have was the guy who dropped my wings can't count to 8 so they tried to slip a old one in without me knowing but I saw him do it and when I told the lady she was sooo nonchalant and said oh he miscounted it he does it all the time. She said that like it's ok. Wings was cooked fresh well 7 of them and they were still awful do you change your grease much??? Smh.. KFC has went way down on customer satisfaction..straight disappointed again!!!"

"I was missing part of my order. Had to drive back. So spent 45 minutes on the road to order, return home, and then return again. The guy up front was not willing to work with me at first because I was not given a receipt. Had to explain my story over and over again. Also showed the total that was pulled out of my bank account. Made me feel like I was lying and he was rude about it too. Finally got my items that were missing."

"Went through today ordered the famous bowl the service was great the staff are good but they're boss whoever it is against to dictate how things are run and the portion size, is a greedy CROOK. The price wasn't bad for what I was expecting the price to be but the serving size has dwindled to basically scraps so I just paid $6.48 for 1/3 the potatoes that should have been in there which is unacceptable! KFC and general used to mean something of quality and abundance. Any more, they allow their franchises and they direct their franchises to be crooked and basically waste a time to go through as a customer which hurts the economy because it threatens potential jobs and it takes away from the vibrancy of areas. I just opened my famous bowl and it looked more like it was a bowl of gravy with a few pieces of chicken and versus the fluffy Abundant mashed potatoes and gravy mixed in with the chicken bites that it should. I'm not faulting and I'm not meaning to attack KFC on Maplecrest, but if the regional management and the franchise operators don't return to supplying abundant food portions for reasonable prices, they'll Never get my money anymore!"

"Stopped here after work because I wanted a chicken sandwich. I ordered their breaded chicken sandwich and a fry. Total wasn't bad, $7 or so. No drink. The frie we're steaming hot, but seemed to lack flavor a little from what I remember. The sandwich was great. Thick, juicy and tender chicken with a crunch breading, mayo and pickle with a toasted bun. Nothing really to complain about."
