"Disorganized and clearly ill staff with coughs, dirty clinical rooms, and inaccurate record keeping. My spouse brought in our son for his 12 month, the doctor told him that he'd missed his 9 month (which I'd brought him to) and had the flu shot administered to him. This is after he had already received both his flu shot and booster at this location."
"I have taken my 3 children here since my oldest was born in 2014. I love the feeling that it is a smaller practice and they know my kids so well. We love Dr. Dairo but have had good experiences with the other doctors as well. The rest of the office staff are also wonderful."
"We love Dr. Dairo! She is great with the kids and thorough. We came from a larger practice and love how personable and clean the Dublin office is. Dr. Dairo is top notch."
"Absolutely love Dr Dairo! I was a patient at this facility as a child (when Dr Brooks was alive) and later with Dr Dairo. I now bring my own children here and couldn’t be happier! The staff is welcoming and personable."
"As a result of sloppy measurement techniques, this practice missed the diagnosis of two life threatening conditions in our three year old. This was compounded by the doctor's unwillingness to listen to our concerns about physical development when the symptoms were very apparent from home observation. Basic tests and measurements may seem trivial but often expose the earliest signs of serious conditions. If a physician cannot take the basics seriously (e.g. not having a kid remove their shoes for a height check) then how can you trust them to pay attention when the evidence is more varied and complex? The result of the doctor's miss was six months where our child could have been treated and was not. The risk and stress of missing those six months cannot be overstated."
