"So I had gone in to add a line to my acct and the employee at AT&T who was helping me initially took my info in order to access my account and after a moment of looking at his iPad, said to me and my friend that if I paid the balance on my bill, he could add a line and give him an iPhone 14 for no charge, out the door for an additional $52 so we agreed to that and Brett (the associate) charged my credit card for the balance and then brought out an iPhone 12 and said that we needed to pay $90! So we left and immediately turned and went back in to find all employees hundled around the table we were at laughing!!"

"After wasting 3 hours in an AT&T in Texas and getting nowhere, Missy helped figure out my problem within 10 minutes and was able to explain step by step what needed to be done in order resolve my current issue. If my home base AT&T in TX pretends they can’t help me again, I would happily travel from Texas to Ohio just to have her knowledge and help again."

"Melissa helped me pre order the S-24 Ultra on the 25th. Turns out she didn't put my apartment letter so my phone not only got delayed but got sent back. I went in the store trying to see if they could help me with the issue since Fed-Ex refused to help me. They explained to me I had to call a different department since they don't have the capability of looking into my order. Which I totally understand, I'm not unreasonable. But a simple sorry would have gone a long way. Thanks to Melissa's mistake, not only was I on the phone with an overseas rep for over 2 hours but I'm going to miss out on the pre order promotion because of her mistake. But instead of being understanding and owning up to their mistake, the 2 salesmen looked at me like I was crazy. Been a customer for 5 years and never been late on a payment but thanks to Melissa and these two, I'm going to a different provider after this awful experience. I'm never walking into this store again."
