"I've never felt so rushed to finish my shopping! Stopped in to look around and do a little shopping and instead of them making an announcement that they would be closing in 25 minutes they just turn most of the lights out so you can't see to shop anymore and push you out of the store. I felt like leaving my cart full of merchandise at the checkout and just walk out the door. Which i decided not to do and just made my purchase. The cashier was rude and obviously ready to get out of there immediately. I am an assistant manager of a different store and if we ever did someone like this we would have been terminated immediately. My store closes at 9pm which means the doors are unlocked until 9pm and lights are all completely on until 9pm. I think the employee here need more training in working with the public and how to run a store."
"I am not sure about other Bargain Hunt stores but this one looks too spartan to continue operating. When they first opened a few years ago, it looked like they ran around town and bought as much as they could from yardsales to start this unit. UPDATE 2022: Though there have been improvements, there is plenty of space to add better options."
"This is a place similar to Ollie's (nearby) or Big Lots. You'll find home goods, clothing shoes, snacks, cleaning supplies, decorative items, and more. There's a lot of room in there for more things so they might start carrying more merchandise eventually. I love places that are fun to search for cool stuff. I highly recommend looking for sheets sets there as I found beautiful set of Egyptian cotton that were half the price I spent for sheets at Walmart. It's definitely worth the time to stop by and check it out. I swear that whole area has surely went downhill since the 90s. It does seem as if they're trying to regenerate the area."
