"They dont take things older then 5 years, which they dont tell u until u have loaded an entire cars worth of Christmas stuff into your car AFTER YOU CALL AND THEY DONT SAY ANYTHING. Also dont except “dirty” things but they have lamp shades with cobwebs like what"
"NOT WORTH IT! They occasionally have some nice deals but most things are WAY overpriced. Not to mention selling to them is A JOKE! Most of the time their buy counter is close...IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL WHEN! They close it at whatever whim they want! I travel an hour and a half to get here. I call ahead, they say they're open, I get there, and THEY'VE CLOSED THE COUNTER! The ONE time I got there in the nick of time, I had a BEAUTIFUL set, perfect condition, of 12 dinner glasses. They offered me $2 for all 12! That's pathetic! Especially when they were selling sets for wayyyyy more than double that. They claim to buy at 30-60% of the price they'll sell at...what a joke. Complete waste of my time."
"Browsed, picked up things yo purchase. Wasn't told til AFTER my items were rang up, total given that there was a 4% convenience fee if using a card, none for using cash. Needless to say, left my items and walked out. Would have been nice to have known that before we started to shop. Won't be back."
"Stopped in on a busy Saturday with my kids. Staff as always, was amazing to my kiddos and got my items cashed out promptly. Store looks impeccable. Lots of great furniture choices!"
""Its like a big garage sale!" my dearest exclaimed when we walked in. Aside from Goodwill I didn't realize there were other places that bought and resold things. They seem to have quite a bit of decorations for the holidays, (one of the staff members say that for Halloween and other holidays they have decorations for those as well), various KitchenAid appliances, a surprisingly large collection of low-price paintings etc. Staff were highly attentive yet not overly intrusive."
