"Absolutely wonderful handmade shop! My wife and I recently visited this store, where the owners handmake all of their beautiful items. We purchased a handmade bag created from a wool blanket ...and the quality is impeccable. Bag is so sturdy and beautiful. In fact, we've bought their crocheted hats and wraps in the past at craft shows ... and all of them are just beautiful and so well-made years after purchase. These store owners are so friendly, too! We HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone wanting absolute quality handmade items instead of mass-produced, junky imports at other stores."

She is always so helpful with color schemes and sending progress updates on my orders! After each order she is also kind enough to send along a hand written card with the finished product thanking me for my business! "Purchased a item last week that did not fit. Tried to return it a few days later and the owner immediately became very combative and defensive. She refused my return and told me that the reason it didn't fit was because it was a womens item. To my surprise i had no idea! I wasn't told that when she sold it to me. She then pointed behind her and said you should've read the policy before you bought it, which I said I don't see a policy? The wall was blank behind her, no policy at all? She retorted "WHATEVER", IM NOT RETURNING IT!!! Why she got so upset was baffling?? I was trying to be as polite as possible. She then said I'm out 10$ for the item! As a paying customer that can't even use the item, I'm actually the one out 10$.... I couldn't believe how nasty she got as soon as I said I needed to return an item. As a former small business owner I would never (ever) treat a customer that way. I'd think she would be as thankful and appreciative for the business. I was mistaken. I'll never shop All Put Together again and will advise anyone I know not to either. Such a shame:/"
