"If you are returning shoes for some odd reason don't do it I have been waiting a month to get my return money I had 3 girls hang up on me then I keep here and we'll send it to the banking we'll send it to the banking well still no money then you have a guy dressed in a dress seriously you're disgusting I don't want to talk to a man in the dress because his mind's already screwed up I want to talk to somebody that knows what they're doing. And most of all I want my money because you guys keep ripping people off you exchange a shoe and you don't get your money back and then wonder why people steal hello you're ripping them off. I came here all the time and never had a problem then I come to this one speak to a man in the dress. I'm Editing my post I returned shoes October 27th of 2023 it is now December 23rd and I have yet seen my freaking money"

"My husband was at this store, looking for work boots. They had one pair in his size. He tried them on and quickly realized that they had already been worn heavily, like someone had worn them to work in, and then returned them. They never should have been put back out for sale. The quality of the products at this place is poor, at best. You’ll probably have better luck at Ross or Marshall’s in the same shopping plaza."
