The changes that would help customers in your store: the staff taking clothing from customers in your store to a fitting room and after asking said customers name, writing their name on the label area for the customer. A more proactive approach with your customers: helping them to find their size, asking them while they're trying on clothes in the dressing room if they need a different size or color/style of anything, or offering them clothes that they may be interested in trying on. Another tip, a customer shouldn't have to ask for you to check on a size of a clothing item to be located in another store nearby after finding out said item is unavailable online. Otherwise I bought what I needed was it a helpful enjoyable experience as much as I have had at the wooster maurices no."

"I have found my new store to take my oldest shopping! She loves the clothes and the prices are decent along with the sales that come with them. The staff was friendly and the store itself was clean and nice. Lots of options to choose from with clothes, accessories and shoes. Of course, masks required due to Covid but we still had a good time!"
