"Never had a bad experience until recently. Told me my prescriptions would be ready by noon. Showed up at 7pm and they had not even started them. Took them 2 days to fill (could not reach anyone on the phone). Went to pick up after they were finally filled and when I got there they had cancelled them and didn't have an answer as to why. Sent prescriptions to another Walgreens and they were filled within the hour with zero issues."

"What a horrible experience!! I have gotten my prescriptions at this particular Walgreens for years and never had a problem until now. I had been trying to get a prescription filled for approximately 2 months without success. I called into the pharmacy to figure out what the problem was and ultimately was told that Walgreens couldn't fill the prescription at all. When I began to voice my displeasure that this wasn't conveyed to me at a much earlier time, the pharmacy assistant then began to get an attitude. After the assistant interrupting me and speaking down to me I stated that I wouldn't be using Walgreens for my prescriptions if this is how I was going to be treated. The assistant at this point said ok with a nasty tone and hung up on me. When I called back in to talk with the pharmacist about what happened the pharmacist was ready for my call and was confrontational and rude to me from the beginning of the call. She did nothing but stand up for the assistants actions and accused me of being in the wrong. At this point I was beyond flabbergasted with the situation and asked to speak to her boss. This is when she informed me that she was the boss. After asking her at least 3 more times she finally gave me her bosses name. The manager of the store called me about the situation about a week after this happened and was very nice and apologetic. To conclude, I will not be shopping at any Walgreens again due to the poor attitude and complete lack of customer service to by 2 employees at the Wales Rd pharmacy in Massillon."

"While in-person experience hasn’t been bad, trying to reach them by phone is nearly impossible. I tried calling on a Friday morning because they filled a prescription my physician accidentally sent them, so my insurance wasn’t letting me pick it up at the correct pharmacy. They have an automated system that doesn’t want to let you talk to an actual person, then I waited on hold >15 minutes and did not get to speak to anyone. The pharmacist at the correct pharmacy got through in a few minutes. The delay caused me to be late to an appointment (ended up making a 2 minute process >30 minutes)."
