"Apparently this store doesn’t believe women work enough to deserve keeping a decent selection of ladies boots in the store. Of course, they’ll order a pair, but only if I pay a non-refundable $25 charge that I’ll pay even if the boots don’t fit. Thanks guys. Keep rocking the 1950’s. Guess I’ll go back to the kitchen. Not only did I not find the staff friendly or accommodating, their response to my review was dismissive to say the least. They didn’t address the asinine $25 fee for the privilege of trying on a pair of boots because, according to them, I would be responsible for shipping costs whether or not I purchased the boots. To try on two pair would require shipping two pair of boots which would cost $50 to try on. This is ridiculous. As is their customer service. I can in no way support this business."
