"This store is not the place to shop, recently found out that the upper management is making the employees work without breaks, fired the only good thing the place had because he wanted a break after 8 hours of work, due to lack of employees they told him he can't take a break because they busy, and the upper management didn't have his back , I was there to witness this , very poorly ran , please do not shop there, let's not let them disrespect our children, thanks"

"Pretty unpleasant shopping experience. Once I found the shoes I wanted, the cashier who I just witnessed helping another couple refused to even acknowledge me. When I walked up to check out, he kept his back to me and didn't say anything at all. After about a few minutes, another employee came over and just started scanning the boxes. Nothing was said at all, no hi or did you find everything ok. Just silence. The man finally turned around and told the cashier that was now helping me to give him the left shoe. He took it, walked back to get the right shoe and brought them back up to the cashier. I'm not sure why there was a complete lack of customer service or even no acknowledgment of a customer, but maybe a re-evaluation of customer service skills are needed. The only good thing about this place is the selection and sale prices."

"Store says it opens at 10:00 at 10:05 store was still not opened ask lady inside store what time you open she said 5 minutes. It’s been 25 mins now 10:30 and store is still not open! Only came to the mall to get a pair of shoes! Very poor customer service!"

"Great place to find decently priced shoes, backpacks, and a small selection of socks. My daughter can always find a nice selection to choose from. Don't forget to check their discount area. I added a photo of her new school shoes. I believe they were $44.99."
