"It's near impossible to reach anyone at this office location by telephone, and leaving a message is of no use because they won't call you back. If you do happen to call and reach their "messaging service", they're usually quite rude and unhelpful."

"These are by far the rudest office personnel ever!! The Dr are great. I called to get an appointment they scheduled me for 3 months away. I was ok with that because I can only go on certain days. A week before my appointment they called and said they had to reschedule. Ok. Next appointment was 2 more months away!!!! If I didn’t need the appointment for 5 months I would have scheduled it then!!!! Went to get medicine and was told it might need to be pre authorized. Pharmacy said that usually takes 72 hours. 4 days later no medicine. I call early in the morning and they said they would send a note back. No call back so I called around 1:00 left a message on the nurses phone. No call back. 4:20 pm they return my call when it is to late to try and get another medicine that did not need pre authorized. I asked why did someone not call me earlier. “ We have 24 hours to call you back. So it could have been 4:20 pm tomorrow night.” Like I said Dr are great. Someone needs to check on the nurses and office personnel. Oh by the way I did talk to the office manager. She was not concerned about my complaint in the least little bit!!!!!!!"

"Unable to get meds prescribed, since 9-26-19, went back and told them and was told they would take care of it and nothing. Called office and left messages and no call back and nothing. All they seem to be interested in is office visit and billing insurance. I'm disabled over this illness and no longer able to work and still nothing. Finally received call back on 12-20-19 and was told that insurance runs the health care system and they were just health professionals and there was nothing they could do."
