Spradlin Glenn D DMD - Pediatric Dentistry PSC

"I've went to Spradlin since I was 2 years old. I'm 32 now and my niece started to attend here. Missed two appointments because of Covid and weather. They said because we didn't call, they can't reschedule her. I understand making cutoffs, but this is ridiculous. Over 20 years of attending this dentistry and because of 2 no shows they refuse to ever see my 9 year old niece in their office again. I guess 2 missed appointments negates over 20 years of appointments and loyalty from me and my sister. My parents paid cash for both of our braces in our teens. This office has received tons of money from our insurance. And 2 missed appointments, we are never allowed to go there again. The dental hygienists that saw me grow up and Dr. Spradlin were like family. Whoever the new dentist in charge is, you don't deserve to work under the Spradlin name. Just a huge disappointment and hurt, honestly."

"Fine care untill they tried to give me a shot i was not told about or expecting, years after giving attitude over a shot i was not told about everythime i went for my braces cleaning. The male dentist was fine when i was smaller but the older i got the more attitude or just lack of care was noticed even by his extremely nice nurses at the time. I wont send my kid here now that i have one. All of that because i was worred i was getting someone else's meds and i wasnt even supposed to be getting a shot. Every dental cleaning/brace fix after that i wasnt even offered the numbing gel bc "i was a baby over a shot""

"The Dentist, Dr. Spradlin is great! I have taken my kids there for years! I have 2 girls 28 and 13. I just took my 13 year old daughter there. After her apt. she was upset and crying! She informed me that one of the hygienist was very rude to her, "The old one". She ask her if she even knew she was coming to the dentist because it didn't look like it! She said, " Do you even know how to brush and floss your teeth because it sure doesn't look like it! Then she told preceded to tell her that her teeth looked awfull! My daughter was embarrassed, and humiliated ! And yes, she had brushed her teeth right before we left, so I have no idea what the womans problem was! If this woman doesn't like her job and is going to treat children this way, she needs to give it up! She's in the wrong business. They won't let parents back with the kids , but I guarantee she wouldn't have been so rude if I had been there!"
