"I have never seen Employees so afraid of their Employer as I have the Employees of this hospital. UK seems to have made it worse. I am constantly hearing of troublesome things being done by their highly overlapping and redundant management layer."

"ICU nurse was rude and condescending towards the patient and I. I being a very close friend and caregiver of 7 years to the patient. Said nurse threatened me with removal for trying to assist my loved one after she failed to respond quickly to a audible alarm. The patient is on a ventilator and was trying to communicate with her hands a issue she was having with her sheet or covering. The issue was not resolved and the nurses outcome was confusion and anger by the patient and I. I will be filling a formal complaint."

"Some photos from the room and the view. The staff have been great post op, the patient advocate can around, the doctor and others to check on mud before 10am. They have been in to change batteries and clean the room too. As you can see there are lots of posters around the room as reminders. The shower is very nice, wide and big enough if you are a large person, and they have a chair if you need it. Lots of room and very attentive staff. I would highly recommend. I have been in lots of hospitals in KY, OH and WVA. This rates in the top three!"

"THE ONE STAR RATING IS BECAUSE...My Husband was brought to the ER by ambulance, by the time I made it to the hospital in 15 minutes the ER didn't know where He was and I had to go out into the waiting room asking people if they seen Him I went outside looking for Him and the hospital worker was helping me look. Turns out He was fine, but He has social anxiety panic attacks and separation anxiety and He was in the ER for having trouble breathing and the ambulance wouldn't let me go with him it was a Friday night and I don't have a car so He was in a panic, I finally got there told the desk who I was looking for and they said they were looking for Him too and couldn't find Him, turned out He was in a x-ray but I didn't know that but the staff should have knew that. Next time I have a emergency I'm calling a cab not a ambulance ( this was our first time calling a ambulance I didn't know no one could stay with their spouse)so I can stay with my Husband and know He's safe and he won't have a panic attack. He set in the waiting room for hours there were people throwing up and people on IV poles laying around the waiting room and We are afraid of germs so it was a night mare, people didn't mask on the were open mouth coughing. No personal space at all."
