"Very friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. Overall great experience. My wife and I have been coming here since she has been pregnant with our first child and the staff has been awesome."
"I had to pay a visit here after many, many years since my last visit to a Doctor. I was so apprehensive and the whole staff saw this and were able to make me feel both comfortable and unafraid. Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional. The place was spotlessly clean and ran like clockwork! My deepest thanks to everyone there for their patience and kindness to an old man! As Always, Enjoy!"
"My wife and I have been long time patients at the Family Practice Center. We picked our insurance because the Family Practice Center was on the list of In Network Providers, with no copay for us. On my wife's most recent visit, a annual wellness exam, the Family Practice Center submitted the bill to our insurance using a Out of Network Provider. Because of this the insurance would not pay the full amount of the billed amount leaving us with a cost that we should not have had. When I brought this to the attention of the Family Practice they said too bad there is nothing we can do too correct this error. Be careful when using them they will bill your insurance incorrectly and stick you with a unexpected bill. What a scam. We are looking into The Christ Hospital primary care in Ft. Wright for our future care."
"After reading the reviews, my first thought was, 'Are we talking about the same place?' I have been a patient at St. Elizabeth Family Practice Center for about 5 years with probably more than thirty or more appointments since I am 78 with several illnesses; therefore, I feel I can competently write a review of the Family Practice Center. My main doctors there have been Dr. Dhaliwal and Dr. Lin, both very excellent doctors. My new doctor there is Dr. Spear, and he is super concerned about my health problems. Whenever I could not see one of these doctors at the time, the receptionists provided an appointment with another doctor, most of the time on the same day. I have never seen any doctor there who was inexperienced or incompetent! Out of all those visits, I have never waited longer than fifteen minutes! I have never heard the receptionists gossip or talk about other patients! I have never met a receptionist, nurse, or doctor who were disrespectful, rude, or with attitude! And I certainly have never met an 'old hag' at the center! With so much undeserved negativity in their reviews, I felt I had to come to the defense of the receptionists, nurses, doctors, and other professional workers who provide excellent health services at the Family Practice Center.--James 'Theron' Wells"
"Kicked out of St Elizabeth Family practice. After 40 years of being there. I started back in 1982. My first doctor was Dr. French. And the Dr I had for the longest time was Dr Stafford. I was told by the Director a Schmidt that he would take me off of a controlled substance in two weeks. After being on a medication for five years for my anxieties. Other professionals have stated if he would’ve done that I possibly could’ve had a stroke or worse. My medical records now says I received that medication for cancer. But I’ve never been diagnosed or seen an oncologist. And they started a taper in the middle of Pandemic. The highest point of anxiety that this country ever seen. I am being forced to come off of a medicine that helps me. I was told 7 times to find another doctor. I found a psychiatrist is helping me now. Dr. K retired in 2012. For 10 years I have taken the Kentucky Coats program and passed every time. But I was let go because I question my medical records. Some of the staff don’t even understand why They kicked me out. This is so wrong that your doctor can control your life in such a way. My Dr retired And my world and life has changed dramatically. The Director no longer teaches how to have compassion as a doctor. The people that hold your life in their hands. Can just drop you at any time. I do not recommend anyone ever going there. I want to say sorry to the staff though. The people that work there that are not doctors are good people. I will be writing a letter to the Ky state medical board now. Since I was accused of it. I really do have proof of everything I say in this review. St E if you want to keep blocking my post. Like I told John at the family practice. I’ve did nothing wrong for all this to be happening to me. Psalms 4610 He says, be still, And know that I am god A little scripture to remind people that they are not God. There’s only 1."
