"11 Feb 2024 Austin Landing Dayton OH Location=Food was not cooked thoroughly...Ice cream was served in a bowl melted. Prime Rib Steak served with huge fat. Manager did not come to the table to resolve. I called the next day and the Manager stated a General Manager would return my call. No return call. Paid too much money for uncooked food and bad customer service!"

"We were a table of 2. Short 10 min wait. The middle section was almost completely empty for the 4 top tables. But we waited for a smaller 2 top? The food was tasty but a bit slow. Staff was polite. We will return."

"BJ’s is one of our staple for a meal out! We love all of their food options! Whether we’re getting a nicer steak and salmon type meal or anything from a burger, sandwich or pizza. It’s never been bad! You also can’t go without trying their Pizookies! It’s probably my favorite dessert out of anywhere! I mean, who doesn’t love a soft, melty cookie with ice cream?!"

"The service was excellent. The food was great. I only wish I would have not asked for the garlic butter topping. I didn’t realize that my filet mignon would be completely drenched in garlic butter, but I should have asked. I ended up scraping some off. However, the filet was still tasty. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. I felt like we got plenty! They were also good. I would go here again. I ended with a Chocolate Chunk Pizookie!!!"
