"I had difficulty relaxing there. I gagged, coughed, struggled doing the testing, almost threw up, but was able to control it. I needed more distractions, like music, TV or pictures of a waterfall, beach, water scenes, etc...calming type pictures. The therapist did play some music for me on her computer, and that did help. She changed the mouthpiece, which did help and the nose piece, and that helped too."
