"I bought a pair of Birkenstock's off of the online shop and the size turned out to be too big. I called ahead and asked if I could trade the pair in for a pair that was a better size and Tee, who I spoke with on the phone and in the store, helped me out! She's a phenomenal employee who operated with tons of energy and positivity! I haven't had such a good customer service in such a long time. Great work!"

"This particular store was amazing! My husband has been looking for Birkenstocks but needs a place to try them on in order to know what size to get. We called ahead and they held on to the two sizes that he needed in order to try them on. When we arrived we told them our name and the employee went to the back and got the shoes and brought them out to us. My husband then tried them on to figure out which size is best for him. We then looked at the other options just to see which color he wanted. We decided to order online and that way we have a better selection than what was in the store at the time. The employee was amazing and wrote down the shoe size on a paper so that we know exactly what to order when we get home. We ended up Leavin without buying anything but the way that they handled are needs was awesome. Something to note they only have a couple chairs for people to sit to try shoes on, we did not notice them cleaning off the chairs at any point while we were there although we were only there for less than 5 minutes. Just noting this as no one cleaned the chair that my husband's sat on after he got up. Personally we have no problem with this however for those who are more concerned with safety in regards to covid-19 this is something to know."

"If I could give 0 I would!! I’m truthfully disappointed with this store. I went into here tonight (Black Friday) to get a baby’s pair of converses and boots.. the lady who helped me was so nice! And when she went back to get my shoes so I was waiting and the store was busy and a group of workers were just standing off to the side talking and I over heard one of them talking how they had friends come into tonight and didn’t buy anything and etc.. A handicap person and a group of people came in.. They were looking at a pair of vans and the group of your workers all started to talk and laugh about this person and wouldn’t even help them!! I was shocked.. So I left and am taking my business somewhere else! That was way uncalled for I would have talked to a manager but I had my daughter and mom with me! You lost a customer."
