"Y’all are trying to push drinks out so fast, I always end up with extra caramel flavor instead of drizzle too. I only get a medium iced coffee so 4 shots Carmel flavor is way too much.I like the caramel on the side of the cup too. Only once a week if that is my drink made correctly"

I even bought it to an employee attention to please make sure they put my extra grilled onions and not the silver onion my bagel was burnt . I ordered a medium mocha frappe and they gave me a small very upsetting"
