"Good food. Terrible service. Was seated and it was over 20 min before we saw a waitress.. they were all standing in the corner by the bathroom. Wouldn't let my wife through to get to the bathroom when she went. Had to go the long way around a group of waitresses standing and talking. After another 30 min we finally got our all you can eat shrimp and tried to get refills for it but it took forever again and the shrimp refill was cold when we got it. Never did get a drink refill either.. Absolutely worst service I've ever received. Was there for over 2and a half hours, most of it waiting and we saw our Waitress 4 or 5 times."
"Tonight I was reminded why I don't do Applebees. We gave it a try to relive old memories and we had some great laughs from the experience. It took 40 minutes to get our food on the 3 for $15. Half the food was cold and had probably sat for around a while. Waitress after realizing we were annoyed did her best to make everything right but the food just isn't the quality I expect. Just reminds me of why we eat at home a lot which helps control the sodium anyway...want to see how much sodium is in the food just look up the nutrition."
"I had a take-out order. Had a mix up. - thought I used my gift cards online and they didn't go through. I left them at home and the server that assisted me was quick to help with a solution; as going home to get them wasn't in the cards because I live half an hour away. We got it figured out and when I returned home our food was still warm, and everything was absolutely divine! We ordered a mushroom swiss burger, wings, pub pretzel sticks, cheese curds, and chicken and Spanish rice. 100 percent satisfied."
"Our waitress was very tentative and pleasant, we got our food in good time and everything was so good and fresh the shrimp was amazing. Not alot of dough you could actually taste the shrimp and the ribs were amazing. Excellent service."
"Our food was good. I ordered the Riblets, and my wife ordered the Oriental Chicken salad. Both were fresh and tasty."
