"I bought an iPhone charger at the store. It cost like $11.00. I had it less than a week. I misplaced the receipt. Anyways I was talking on my phone and the charger caught on fire right near the plug in. I called the store explained the situation to the manager and asked them to replace it. Talk about rudeness. They cashier told me that it wasn’t her fault and she didn’t care that the charger had caught fire. But they did not offer returns with it without the receipt. Shame on you guys knowingly selling items that are defective and catch fire."

The cashier, Vanessa, and her store manager, helped us in our transaction and went out of their way to assist other customers. They were especially concerned for a disabled customer, in that they receive any help necessary. I just felt uplifted by the compassion these employees had for their shoppers. AND their store is so clean and organized! 5 star store!!"
