"This is my favorite Starbucks, the staff is always so kind!"

"The service was terrible. I arrived at 7:30 pm they are supposed to close at 8:00 pm and they told me that if I wanted food I could take it and warm it up at my house. That was only the beginning, the second bad thing was that I ordered a sandwich and what bothered me is that an employee threw it from the other side of the bar and the sandwich fell to the floor the young man who was attending the window took it from the floor and acted as if nothing happened and gave it to me. I think that's not good at all, especially when you serve food, to the customers “ We are not birds of prey “ to be doing this to us. We are paying a very high dollar for this and, I did told him but he just change the story to something totally different. The third thing is that my drink was just half of what It should come with and he only blame the foam that made it look like that. Starbucks usually has very good service but this situation was very bad. You guys are a chain that has a very good reputation but employees like that don't need to be working for you guys. If you there just for a paycheck find something else. If you don’t love what you do just go home. Let that space for someone else."

"I never go inside, but i frequent the drive thru. The employees are always so friendly and upbeat and my coffee is always made to perfection. Thanks for being a bright spot in my day!"

"Well staffed and attentive to customers. The place was next to empty on a cold snowy day, though the drive thru and take out were busy. Plenty of seating, even on busy days and there is outdoor seating, weather permitting."
