"I just don’t understand why this location does not know how to make a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew correctly. I get one every day at any other location and it’s delicious. I often have to drive out of my way to avoid the Pleasant Valley location. The staff needs to be retrained by another store’s trainer."
"I was here yesterday with my friends and 1 employee looked at us very askew, screamed at us but we were quiet and almost kicked us out. We waited for hot chocolate for 25 minutes but there were no orders in front of us. The worker looked at us like we are some kind of thieves. It's so sad ."
"The girl who took my order was nice and giggly. The lady who was cleaning the sign outside she was spraying something and it got in my eye. I know it wasn't on purpose it was because of the breeze but they should maybe wait until there's no customers in the Drive-Thru. Instead of for apologizing she ran back into the building."
