"Went to go through the drive thru to order a half of dozen of donuts for my office and the person working the drive thru told me I needed to come into the store so he didn't have to name me off 14 different donuts, witch I totally get, then I just asked if they could give me all frosted donuts then rudly replied back like I said no come in. Very poor service for someone who was just look to get 6 donuts!!!"

"Unfortunately, the best word to describe this location is slow. If you are not on a time limit, then wait with the crowd for your food. Drink orders are processed faster due to several workers fulfilling drink orders. One person was filling food orders for the inside counter and the drive thru. After 15 minutes my group had to leave so I had to cancel my order."

"Never busy inside but never have any donuts for their selection. Always have yeast donuts but never any cake donuts. When they do have them they always sell out so I don't understand why they don't always have them. Seems to me that dunkin' donuts should be more focused on donuts instead of coffee and sandwiches."

"I ordered a tomato pesto grilled cheese. It didn't have cheese. I waited to tell them it didn't have cheese. When I did they laughed at me. They put a cold slice of cheese on my sandwich and sent me on my way. The cold cheese didn't help. The iced cappuccino was good though."
