"My husband, 4 year old son, and I are visiting from out of town and chose here for dinner. We were seated right away and then never acknowledged again after. We sat at our table for 15 minutes. Another group of 3 were seated a couple tables over from us shortly after us. They were greeted by a waitress and were asked to order drinks, had drinks delivered & ordered their dinner. At this point, it had been a full 15 minutes. We chose to get up and walk out. The guy who seated us watched us walk out and instead of asking if everything was ok, he quietly said “have a nice night” as the door was almost closed. We were very disappointed as Applebees is a favorite of ours back home & we’re looking forward to what we know would’ve been a great dinner. Very disappointed!"
"Out of town Bills Mafia family needed a place to watch the game. After 3 restaurants turning us down, the manager said he could log into his peacock account and put it onto a TV for us! Lifesaver! Waitress Savannah was the best. She stayed and gave great service! Definitely gave us a memorable experience. Thank you guys!"
"This was one of the best applebees I've ever been too great food the restaurant itself was clean and very quiet..the food come out very fast and don't forget about happy hours half off apps.. if your around sandusky ohio and wondering what to eat do your self a favor stop on in at applebees. Amazing location thank you for the great food and better service (I snuck a bite of the mashed potatoes before the picture oops)"
