"Looked up reviews for Brunch in Sandusky and came across this family owned joint close to our place we were staying. We had 8 of us the service was great, food was delicious, and everyone left happy. A lot of history at this place and it did not disappoint. Got the steak and eggs and although my steak was slight under cooked (med rare but a little under) it was still tasty. Substituted the famous fries for my diced potatoes and i couldn't have made a better decision, fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside and the garlic seasoning i had added was perfect. Will most definitely be returning if I'm ever in the area again!"
"Wonderful family restaurant! The quiche was spectacular! Berardi burger was fantastic. Great mushroom barley soup. Chicken breast with Broccoli and Mac and cheese was great. The baked goods are also delicious! Staff was excellent!"

Service is friendly with a sense that all customers are regulars who have been coming here for years. Plenty of breakfast and lunch options on the menu with reasonable prices, especially when the portion size is taken into account."
"This is and outstanding mom and pop type restaurant. The menu has a large variety of choices, something for everyone. The omlet was really good and fresh. The potatoes were outstanding. They were even better with my sausage gravy on them. My only negative was the orange juice wasn't very good."
