Starbucks

"I mobile ordered before I left Vermilion. Takes me about 10 minutes to get there. Stood in the lobby for an additional 5 minutes waiting on my sandwich. I was the only person in the lobby. I watched 6 different foods items go in the warmer before mine. I understand that there is a drive-through also but seeing as I was the only person inside, I feel like my order should be put in before the drive-through cars that aren’t even at the window yet."

"I have only ever ordered on the app for this store. Every time the order is perfect, fresh, and my sandwich is hot. The employees always tell me to have a good day as I run in to grab my order. The employees always appear in a good mood and are very nice. Would recommend using the app if you need super quick service."

"Edit: updated to mostly 3 stars because the service is improving and I can place mobile orders again. Super slow again today. I gave them an extra 8 minutes, past the estimated pick up time and they hadn't even started them when I arrived. I was so excited for this to open, but have been consistently disappointed. The wait times are quite long, they couldn't keep up with the mobile orders, so they stopped offering it. Accuracy of orders has also been an issue, but they did offer a drink replacement without any issues. I hope they get the kinks worked out soon!"

"Horrible! Every time I go I have to wait forever just to get my drink completely wrong! Not to mention I ordered a grande refresher without ice and was given a cup that was not even half full and when I questioned it the girl told me it was because I didn't order ice in it. Now I ordered this drink the day before and didn't have this issue just for her to then tell me that is because her district manager just incorporated this rule today! This store needs a total redo over and their employees trained better. So glad they kept the one inside target them girl know how to make a drink. Stay away from this place not worth your time or money!"

"This is the worst Starbucks ever. Literally anytime I've went in there the wait time is way too long even when they aren't busy and my order is never right. Like why am I waiting 25 minutes for a mediocre drink when you have three customers. Half the time they give me the wrong milk which can make me very sick and then get mad when I asks for a different drink. Sometimes they give the wrong drink entirely like I don't know why you are trying to give me a frappe when I ordered an iced coffee. They also overcharge me half the time, my drink is regularly $5 but then sometimes they try to say its closer to $7 so I have to ask them what's up. None of the girls who work there know what they are doing in the slightest. I went in a few weeks ago and ordered an iced caramel latte and the barista looked at me and asked what that was....like girl be fr. Another time a girl gave me a cup of milk with zero coffee then fixed it by haphazardly dumping an espresso shot on it. Then another time a girl put whipped cream on my non-dairy latte which didn't make sense because you don't put whipped cream on lattes anyway. I absolutely hate this Starbucks and I think they need to seriously retrain their staff or do something."
