"Typical McDonald's. Employees were nice. I went through the drive thru and there was a car at the payment window for at least 10 minutes so the line started to back up. Not sure why they didn't make them pull up, but after that car left, the line went quickly."
"Overall pretty decent. My son's kids meal was fresh and everything that was supposed to be there was there. My coffee wasn't the best as far as flavor goes but that's not the end of the world"
"I’m not one to complain about food service because I totally understand everywhere is understaffed and underpaid. However, sometimes you can’t just fall into that excuse for every occasion… This was literally one of the best McDonald’s to go to awhile back, but it has turned into complete garbage in the last couple of years. The management is horrible. Having people take your order giving you complete attitude, cussing on the mic, and just making you feel not welcomed to eat there is not okay. And to have managers on duty; actually the ones giving you the food without apologizing is Unacceptable. Like I said this isn’t to attack just from one experience, this needs to be said for a better change, because I know I’m not the only one that feels this way with multiple occurrences. Make your customers feel like they want to go there and spend their money, train your employees respect and how to approach customer service the right way. This is a job you earn what you deserve. This just needs to be addressed."
"Worst McDonald's in the world every morning at 3 o'clock in the morning. They're services always down. They should know and how much money this place makes. During that time, let's go back and look.The workers never wanna work. for this community. I got family in East Side of Cleveland their McDonald's is so much better. Manager argued with me every morning. I'm gonna leave a review every morning when this happens from now on. This is Amherst. Lol How could a person get better service from the East Side of Cleveland come on. We're missing something here."
