"As a card holding customer, I wanted to exchange 3 pair of jeans that did not fit. All 3 were bought on my store card, online. First the associate was rude, short, and not helpful at all. She then proceeded to tell me “ we don’t sell vigoss in store, so you’re out of luck”. 2 pair of $70/&$80 jeans that you can’t exchange. I can not and will not recommend the Sandusky Store. And I will be contacting their corporate with the associates ID and name. Rude Rude Rude"

"I was having the worst day trying to shop because I couldn't find my size in clothes I like anywhere. Mind you I am a pretty average size for this area. I came here which was recommended by my mom. I was still teary eyed from feeling so sad but Jen and Ashjen(hope that's correct spelling), were so accommodating. They brought me clothes, they found me styles I didn't even know I liked. I can't wait to get paid and go back. What an amazing experience, thank God I went there or I would of went home and just have nothing at all to wear at work ever again. Great experience."
